Bee received a B.Sc. with honors in Industrial Chemistry from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand in 2008 and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Houston, United States in 2014. She pursued postdoctoral research in Texas Materials Institute at the University of Texas at Austin (2015-2017). She then joined the Department of Chemical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan as an Assistant Professor in August 2017, and was promoted to Associate Professor in August 2023.
